Mr. Thompson has been representing Northwestern Mutual since 1994.

Calling oneself a professional doesn't really make one a professional. As a Northwestern Mutual Advisor, professionalism is defined not only by the measure of one's experience, education and accreditation, but by one's character and professional standard of practice in supporting clients as a trusted financial expert.

Through personal commitment, professional associations, accreditations and continuing education, I have worked hard to establish a reputation as a respected professional and to gain the trust of clients. Please take a moment to review my experiences and accomplishments.

I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science.  After graduation, I worked as Assistant Golf Professional under Todd Jones at the Golf Club of Oklahoma while trying to make a mark in the career of professional golf.

In November of 1994,  I decided that I would instead try to make a mark on the lives of others in my community by starting a career with Northwestern Mutual in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  I have just recently celebrated my 20th year with Northwestern Mutual and continue to grow my practice in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I work hard every day to positively impact the people in my community.

Mr. Houston retired from the banking business after sixteen years, as President and CEO of an Oklahoma-based institution. Mr. Houston became President of the $10 million, four-employee institution at age 25. By 1991, the savings bank had grown into a $600 million institution with over two hundred employees and sixteen offices. The institution and related assets acquired under Mr. Houston’s direction sold for $125 million.

He has served on numerous local, state, and national boards and commissions, including twenty-five years on local hospital boards. Mr. Houston is a personal and business planning advisor.

Mr. Kreger was raised near Tonkawa, Oklahoma on a beef cattle and wheat ranch. Early in his career, he worked in commercial and agricultural lending for a locally owned bank. Later, Mr. Kreger managed a mid-size ranching operation. He then worked as a professional management and marketing consultant. During these years, he traveled throughout the Southern United States, consulting with various professionals and business owners concerning their ranching interests. After attending business school, Mr. Kreger established his Financial Planning practice. He currently serves genuine, motivated business owners and professionals who want financial security, and to leverage their financial resources to accomplish what is most important to them and their families.

CFP® certification identifies to the public those individuals who have met rigorous professional standards and have agreed to adhere to the principles of integrity, objectivity, competence, fairness, confidentiality, professionalism, and diligence when dealing with clients.
